We offer returns for store credit only and exchanges for items of equal value. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with tags and original packaging
• Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible
• Available for orders within Canada and the U.S. only
• Customers are responsible for all return and reshipment costs

How to submit a request:

2. You will receive return instructions via email within 1-5 business days if approved.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit or your exchange will be processed
